Every December 23 (since I was in high school) we have gone to see The Nutcracker. It is one of my very favorite holiday traditions that we share in our family. There’s just something so special about getting dressed up, watching the magic of the ballet and hearing the soaring music that means “Christmas” to us. When Chloe received her very first American Girl Doll, she named her Clara. A few years later, when we found out that I was expecting a baby, we allowed Chloé to pick the name and Clara it was.
