Blissful late lunch: spaghetti with langoustines from lovely @rex.goldsmith , @abernethy_butter chipotle chilli butter, garlic, parsley and a splash of dry white vermouth. No actual recipe, though can tell you I cooked the langoustines very briefly in salted boiling water, peeled them, dropped the plump tails in the melted garlicky chilli butter, and squished the heads out into the pan, too, added the vermouth for a quick bubble and then tossed the pasta and parsley in the pan before devouring oh-so-gratefully.
