WORKOUT TIP: ⚠️ Tip for Dumbbell Bench Press. Lie face up with your feet planted on the floor. Keep your chest up and elbow slightly out. Press the dumbbells towards the ceiling in a controlled movement by flexing your pecs. Breath in on the decent and breath out on the ascent. You can bring your elbow in slightly if needed to take less pressure off your shoulders. This is optional based on the individual or if you have any shoulder limitations. Focus on your form.
