Can you even call it Fall without a pumpkin-inspired dish? Inspired by a @tastemade recipe, but hacked into a delicious @ww delicacy!⁠

🎃1 2/3 instant yeast⁠
🎃1/3cup @lakanto golden⁠
🎃1 1/2tsp kosher salt⁠
🎃2tsp pumpkin pie spice⁠
🎃1/2tsp @Flavorgod Seasonings pumpkin pie⁠
🎃1cup @libbyspumpkin purée⁠
🎃6 wedges @thelaughingcowusa light⁠
🎃4tbsp @fage 0% Greek yogurt⁠
🎃2tbsp @bobsredmill flaxseed meal + 6tbsp water (or 2 eggs)⁠
🎃2cups @arrowheadmills protein flour⁠
🎃2cups all purpose flour⁠
🎃16 pecan halves⁠
⁠
1) In a bowl using your hands or a stand mixer, mix everything except for Laughing Cow cheese. Mix together and knead for about 10 min.⁠

2) Grease bowl and cover dough with linen. Allow to rest for 1 hour⁠
⁠
3) Split dough into 16 balls⁠
⁠
4) Add even amounts of cheese to inside of each balls⁠
⁠
5) Wrap each ball with twine to make 8 lines around to create the “pumpkin” shape⁠
⁠
6) Cover loosely and allow to rise for another hour⁠
⁠
7) Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 20 min. Brush with ICBINB. Once cooled, add pecan half to top as a stem. Enjoy⁠
