James Bond actor Sir Sean Connery has died at the age of 90. Considered by many as the greatest actor to have played the role, he was the first to bring the spy franchise to the big screen and appeared in seven of the films. With an Oscar (for his role in 1988 film ‘The Untouchables’), two BAFTAs and three Golden Globes, he was knighted by the Queen in 2000.
