We feasted on his favorite hamburgers and tacos from @yucasla because he is a true Angeleno after all, and sat in awe of the wonderfully unique person he has become . We laughed and drank and hugged each other in our disbelief and felt lucky to be alive, even in the midst of one of the most difficult times of our lives. It just felt so damn good to see him happy and carefree for a little while and be that too. To know that even while the world may be anything but perfect right now, there are still perfect moments to be had. It honestly takes a village to raise a family and can’t imagine life without our amazing bunch of misfits that make us feel whole.
