Ina Garten’s Dutch Baby
2 Granny Smith Apples (I used my Fujis)
1/2 Stick of unsalted Butter (divided I used Salted because I’m that person.)
Two tablespoons of granulated sugar divided
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 cup whole milk
Two extra large eggs room temperature
1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla
1/2 Cup of all purpose Flour
1/4 Teaspoon of Kosher Salt
Confectioners Sugar
And Maple Syrup for serving
