This week I’ve really been diving deep into my trauma. It’s hard to say out loud to not only myself, but to admit to y’all that I was in a toxic relationship for too long. It’s been a year but I still catch myself saying “I wish I left sooner” & then my friends, or my inner voice reminds me “you left when you could”. *sigh* So plz enjoy these images that I’ve saved this week that made me go “damn, that’s me”, bc sometimes it’s just nice knowing you aren’t alone. Healing takes a lifetime, it’s not a race, so be kind to yourself. (Pointing the finger at me too) Love y’all.
