I want to introduce you to Matthew Rushin. Matthew is a sweet 22 yr old man serving 10 yrs in prison for being in a car accident while Black and autistic. At present, his health is deteriorating in prison. His legal team has given a pardon packet to VA, and we need that to get passed so that Matthew can be released.
