アニー・スラスドーターさんのインスタグラム写真 - (アニー・スラスドーターInstagram)「The @crossfitgames weekend is over and congratulations to all the athletes competing!! 🙌 My FAVORITE events this year: 1) THE HILL SPRINT - It brings back so many memories from Aromas both 2009 and 2016 - it’s a lactic acid horror show and the metal taste after is unlike anything else I’ve experienced. 2) 2007 reload - it’s always fun to watch and to do workouts that’ll push your muscle endurance - you know you should be able to hold on to that pull up bar or do one more rep on the STOH but maybe your body just won’t allow you to - we saw that for both @mathewfras and @tiaclair1 - amazing. 3) 100 yard HSW - I just love HSW especially sprinting on your hands 🙌 4) TTB - KB lunges, man I just can’t wait to try it out 🔥 5) snatch speed ladder - so stressful as an athlete but VERY fun to watch I think I could continue for many more events I think the programming was really fun and well rounded and gotta say I think I like the pool a lot better then the ocean for the swim as well as mixing it with movements not just swim and run 🙃 What were your favorite events? @reebok @roguefitness @crossfitgames #roadtothegames2021」10月26日 21時54分
