Today he continues the work that his father started, waking up everyday at 5 a.m. to make the ramen and soba noodles. Handmade, fresh, and delicious! You can taste the 50 years of love that has been poured into perfecting the recipe for these dishes.💕🍜 🍜This place has changed the ramen game for me, the soup was not too oily or too salty like some restaurants, it was perfectly balanced and delicious. 🥰The ingredients all tasted perfect.✨ It was truly an experience I will never forget and I can’t wait to go back and take my friends and family. 😋 🍜If you want to try some delicious Shirakawa ramen, please visit Kohanntei (湖畔亭) in Nanko park. 🍡At Kohanntei you can also try handmade Nanko dango, these are deliciously warm and fluffy rice cakes made by several shops in Nanko park. The kind that I tried was made with a mixture of mochi flour and soba flour topped with a sweet sauce or a homemade mash or sweet red beans. The perfect dessert to a perfect meal.😋 🍜Did you know that Fukushima is famous for ramen? 🌎🌏🌍🇯🇵Many ramen shops around Japan and around the world use recipes and techniques for making ramen that originated in Fukushima prefecture. Also, did you know that Fukushima prefecture is the third largest prefecture in all of Japan? The culture of the various regions can vary greatly so there are actually several types of ramen to try in Fukushima! I can’t wait to try them all! 🍜Check out this link to learn more about the various types of RAMEN in Fukushima: https://fukushima.travel/page/local-food #ramen #foodie #JapanTrip #local #eatlocal #shoplocal #Japanesefood #shirakawaramen #FamilyOwned #delicious #foodgram #foodoftheday #warm #warmup #yummy #NankoPark #Kohanntei #FukushimaTrip! #VisitFukushima! #dango #mochi #ricecakes」10月26日 11時49分 - rediscoverfukushima
