There's always something new to learn. This time I decided to start working on what should be the hardest trad. climb in the world so far. I also had a privilege to start working on it with who else, but one of the best trad. climbers in the world, @onceuponaclimb 😁. Even more. During those days on it, I gave him several safe falls but also a belay, where he wouldn't need my help! Congrats on ascent (it looked effortless), and hats down for @jacopolarcher for such an incredible vision and FA.
What considers me, is a bit different. I feel good on it and for sure physically ready for a send. But there comes a problem where I don't see a solution. When I try the upper crux on top rope, it feels totally doable and not even too hard. But there are times when I get no friction on that holds at all and the ascent feels miles away. Luckily the route is so nice I'm enjoying every second on it and I believe, that patients will turn into my own good at some point 😁👍🏻. On video is my high point- 2 holds from the finishing jug 🙃.
