WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU’RE HAVING A TOUGH DAY... So many of you asked for ideas on what to do those days where you just feel anxious, sad, down, or maybe all three. Here are some really simple things I do on my tough days for self care that always help.
1. Turn to scripture and talk to God.
2. Take a longggg bubble bath and light all the candles.
3. Give myself a little mani/pedi (face masks are often included during this as well).
4. Take my Ollie on a walk. Getting outside and moving my body gently always helps.
5. TAKE A NAP.
6. Go to my favorite coffee spot to get my favorite drink (I find that decaf on days when I’m already feeling anxious is a good way to go👍🏻)

You are tougher than all your toughest days. Remember that. You’ve gotten through every single one.
