"🦞Just sauté the shrimp and langostino in butter with salt and pepper. Set aside."⁠

"🦞cook @greatlowcarb according to package (I added oil to the water for more fat and softer texture)."⁠

"🦞 while pasta is boiling, sauté 1 shallot in 2 tbsp of butter. Add 3-4 cloves of minced garlic. Sauté for 1 min. Add 1 tbsp of tomato paste. Mix and then deglaze pan with 1/3 cup of white wine. Let cook for a few minutes til it’s reduced then add heavy whipping cream (1 1/2 cup). Mix and season with salt, pepper, and @Flavorgod Seasonings garlic lovers seasoning and added some fresh tarragon . Add handful of shredded Parmesan and mix til blended."⁠

"🦞 add drained pasta to sauce, then add 1-2 handfuls of spinach and stir around. Then add the cooked shrimp/langostino to the pasta, mix . Top with more black pepper, Parmesan and tarragon. Serve it up!!"⁠
