- 2 tsp Lemon Garlic Seasoning @Flavorgod Seasonings⁠
- 1 tsp Garlic Lovers @Flavorgod Seasonings⁠
- 3 cloves garlic⁠
- 1 tsp dried parsley (optional)⁠
- 1 tbsp avocado oil @primalkitchenfoods⁠
- Salmon Fillet (cut into 4)⁠
- 2 cups French Beans⁠
- 1 cup @rightrice⁠
⁠
Season salmon with lemon garlic seasoning. Heat your pot or work @hexclad to high heat. Add oil, and then sear the salmon (skin-side down). Sear for 5 minutes then flip and cook for another 5 minutes, repeat on the sides of each piece of salmon. Turn on medium high heat and add the French beans with garlic seasoning. Cook for about 8 more minutes and serve over rice!⁠
