#EBVoices We asked our EB family why diversity in the outdoors is important to them. Here's what one of our associates had to say:

"In the outdoors you are free. I grew up very poor, but I never felt poor because I had the woods and creek to play in. That to me is freedom. Not all folks have that sense of freedom so we should encourage others to love the outdoors. My mom always said if you truly want to get to know someone, sit down to a meal with them. I say invite them to join you for a hike.
