HAPPY FRIDAY! We are back in the kitchen!! Today’s dish is a new favourite of mine, Squid Ink Spaghetti! thanks to the pasta king @jsburke Again... Massive apologies for my shocking camera work. The gimble plus white wine isn’t such a winning combination. All you need to join in is spaghetti, squid ink or cuttlefish ink, a red chilli, some tomatoes, garlic, bottarga & olive oil!
