They used FlavorGod Italian Zest and Garlic Lovers seasonings⁠ -⁠ KETO friendly flavors available here ⬇️⁠ Click link in the bio -> @flavorgod⁠ www.flavorgod.com⁠ -⁠ 1 pkg @greatlowcarb spaghetti noodles ⠀⁠ 1lb hamburger⠀⁠ 1lb ground Italian sausage ⠀⁠ 1/2 ea... green and orange bell pepper chopped⠀⁠ 1 med onion chopped⠀⁠ 1 pkg fresh shrooms⠀⁠ 1 heaping tbsp of minced garlic ⠀⁠ 1 can of diced tomatoes with the liquid⠀⁠ ⠀⁠ Use these to your taste:⠀⁠ @flavorgod Garlic Lovers and Italian Zest seasonings⠀⁠ 1 tsp ea. Dried basil and oregano ⠀⁠ Salt and pepper⠀⁠ We used 2 tbsps of the Italian Zest ⠀⁠ And 1 1/2 tbsp of Garlic Lovers⠀⁠ ⠀⁠ 1) Add a quarter size of olive oil and add the minced garlic, just for a couple minutes in the pan you choose to make your sauce in. We used a deep skillet.⠀⁠ 2) Chop the veggies. ⠀⁠ 3) After the meat is browned, throw into a colander to drain. Add your veggies to that pan and cook for about 4 minutes, mixing a few times. ⠀⁠ 4) Add the meat back to the veggies, mix , add the Raos sauce, diced tomatoes and seasonings , mix together. Let simmer for about an hour uncovered on low. Turn off heat and let sit til the pasta is done.⠀⁠ 5) Start boiling the pasta water. When it's rolling add the spaghetti noodles and boil for 20 minutes. ⠀⁠ Plate it up and enjoy Brawnies!!!
