235 Calories!! I absolutely love mug cakes, and this Kodiak cake recipe is so dang good. If you don’t mess up like me and add the caramels early it will have a molten caramel center! Recipe is in my highlights too!⁠
INGREDIENTS:⁠
- 1/2 cup of Dark Chocolate Kodiak cake⁠
- 1 Tsp Vanilla⁠
- Cinnamon⁠
- 1 Tsp Baking powder⁠
- Optional: sweetener- I used caramel pecan skinny syrup⁠
- Salted caramel flavored Pb from @flavoredpbco ( you can sub Pb2)⁠
- 2 werthers caramels⁠
- Other toppings: I topped mine with @Flavorgod Seasonings Chocolate donut seasoning (fresh fruit or chocolate chips are great toppings)⁠
DIRECTIONS:⁠
Add pancake mix, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder, and sweetener and add water until it becomes a pancake like consistency. Microwave for 30 seconds remove and add caramels make sure their towards the middle of the cake and covered. Return to microwave and cook for another two minutes. Remove and top with peanut butter and other toppings. Enjoy warm, or place in freezer for a couple minutes.⁠
