They have informed us that this is strictly for technical reasons and that the IMAX cinema cannot be equipped with the required projector for DCP We know for a fact that it is possible to bring a projector to IMAX and to screen DCP formats. The Berlinale is doing so every year and several other screenings in DCP format have taken place in this exact IMAX cinema. In fact we already have the offer of a technical provider to install the projector for the screening. Why Sony Center‘s reply is beyond comprehension - it is either a matter of pure incompetence or a lack of politicial will to support our initative.」10月2日 11時50分
