I’m still on abit of a buzz from it if I’m honest- my amazing team worked so hard and I can’t wait for you all to see the results!! Have you guessed what we’re launching yet?! (You don’t have to be Miss Marple to work it out like 😂) I used to HATE photo shoots- I am not a model, not an influencer, not a blogger... not even someone who believe it or not particularly likes to have their picture taken! Not to mention the stress and pressure I used to feel to look a certain way- I would suck my stomach in and contort my body into the weirdest positions just to try and look as thin as I possibly could!! Which of course was never thin enough 🙄 I’d be so terrified that anything would bloat me I’d avoid food all day- push a salad round my plate at lunch time and watch the rest of the crew tuck into pizza literally drooling the whole time like a dog looking into a butchers shop window 😂🤦🏻‍♀️😩 I basically found the whole process awkward, uncomfortable and just abit sad. I never felt good enough. But things have changed, I have changed. I want more from my life than to be ‘thin’- I want to be happy. Strong, confident, content and NOT HUNGRY 😂🤦🏻‍♀️ Yesterday we ate bacon rolls for breakfast, we laughed, we all worked brilliantly as a team, ate doughnuts, and celebrated our hard work coming to fruition with a glass of champagne and lots of boomerangs!! I worried less about the size of my waistline and more about the size of the smile on my face! And that is growth. Ladies I will never tire of saying this- we are worth so much more than a clothes size or a number on a scale- we are what we achieve, we are how we make others feel and we are capable of absolutely anything once we stop putting ourselves down and waiting for tomorrow!!! Go and get what you want and live the life you deserve TODAY!!
