We used lard⠀⁠ ⠀⁠ The Tartar Sauce ⠀⁠ ⠀⁠ 1 cup mayo⠀⁠ 1/4 cup dill relish ⠀⁠ 1 tbsp dried or minced dill⠀⁠ 1 tsp lemon juice⠀⁠ 1 tsp onion powder⠀⁠ Ground black pepper to taste ⠀⁠ 1/2 tsp @flavorgod Garlic Lovers ⠀⁠ ⠀⁠ Mix all ingredients , we transferred to a med mason jar and let sit in the fridge for an hour or so. ⠀⁠ ⠀⁠ 1) Empty the salmon packets into a small bowl. If there's any liquid just dump it out. Add the egg, Lemon Garlic Seasoning, panko crumbs and mix well with your hands. ⠀⁠ 2) Make ping pong ball sized balls and set on a plate.⠀⁠ 3) Roll each ball in coconut flour, egg wash, then the panko. Set aside on a lined sheet pan. ⠀⁠ 4) Put the prepared balls in the freezer while your heating up the oil you choose to deep fry in. A med saucepan will work great.
