Plant Based “Meat”balls

Add “meat”balls to spaghetti dishes, Asian dishes,subs and salads!

Quinoa Hemp Seed Meatballs
Ingredients:
🥬1/2 cup - walnuts
🥬3/4 cup - cooked quinoa
🥬1 tbsp - tomato paste
🥬2 tbsp - ground flax seed
🥬3 tbsp - hulled/shelled hemp seeds*
🥬2 tbsp - gluten free flour ( I used bobs)
🥬1 tbsp - flavorgod cheese seasoning
🥬pinch - flavorgod S&P
🥬1 tsp - olive oil
🥬 1 tsp - water
🥬1/2 cup - Panko bread crumbs or / gluten free bread crumbs

Directions:
🥬Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs in a food processor and pulse.
🥬Add breadcrumbs to a shallow bowl.
🥬use spoon to help you scoop and make 1 inch balls.
🥬Then, coat balls in crumbs by gently pressing, rolling them into the crumbs.
To cook:
✅Pan Fry: Add oil to skillet and heat over medium heat. Add balls and cook, turning over every 30 seconds until golden and heated through. Covering towards the end will help the cooking process.
✅Baked: Pre-heat oven to 400 F. Place meatballs on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until lightly browned.

Makes about 24-28 inch balls
