I pretty much LIVE in my kitchen now that I’m a mum, it’s the heart of our home 🥰. Balancing having a toddler, family and a business is challenging at times, and having a very organized food area makes my home life just that extra stress-free. Cooking is such a huge passion of mine, so easy access to everything is a must for me. You’ll notice in my pantry that I stock lots of pasta, rice, chia seeds, pulses, honey, oats, LOTS of @kashi granola (as I use these in the bases of my slices that I make for sweet snacks), flour, herbs and spices etc. And now that Oliver is a growing boy and I’m working from home like the rest of you, I’m always in the kitchen either creating wholesome meals and snacks or working on my lappy, while feeding Oliver and stirring the dinner pot. And, If you've ever seen my delicious berry tarts that I make, just know that they're dairy-free, protein-based and so so good for you.
