Little bit of an achilles niggle that's been coming on over the last couple weeks, hopefully nothing major but just been cross training since last week to try catch this early. Nothing compared to what I know some of my running friends on here have (injuries that have last months, I hope you are all progressing well and can run soon!!) but I thought it's good to share even the little ups and downs and what goes on behind the scenes too!! 📒🦶 . My amazing physio and I decided at my appointment today to have the next 4 days off training altogether (not even biking like I have been) to totally let it settle and also because we are moving house this week so very busy times! .
