One Dumbbell Upper Body Workout 🏋🏼‍♀️ Oh hey, it’s been a little while since I shared a workout video! I’m still settling into @oursurreynest and have yet to create a good filming set up - so please excuse that this video is from our old flat 🥰
All you need for this workout is one weight, some space and some energy! It’s a totally upper body workout which takes around 25 minutes. Just set a timer for 45 seconds on, 15 off and go for 4 rounds 🔥
➡️ Curl to Arnold & Shoulder Press
➡️ Other Side
➡️ Alternating 1&1/2 Rep Rows
➡️ Side to Side Press
➡️ Lat Pull Over to Tricep Extension
➡️ Plank Drags
