As I’ve got older (and rustier) I’ve had to get a lot better at all the little things...little things like stretching on Sundays.
It started out as a chore but I’ve really enjoyed the opportunity to keep learning new things.
Like THIS! Looks like a normal hammy stretch but by opening up that top shoulder you get this fantastic side and lower back stretch.
I’m going to start sharing some more of my recovery tips here, because if any year requires recovery, it’s 2020.
