Okay this video is super repetitive so don’t feel like you need to watch the entire thing. I’m talking about ladders today (or that’s what I call it haha). I love doing ladders and I feel like they are constantly pushing me. I start at the heaviest weight I could possibly do and am pushing myself to get up 4 reps. With every set you are taking off just a tiny bit of weight and upping your reps. So say I started at 30 lbs (each side) and 4 reps for my first set, my second set would be 25 lbs (each side) and 6 reps! You can do as many round of this you would like, but I like working myself up to 12 reps.
