I haven’t been able to work out for 4 days and to be honest it sucks haha. It’s how I clear my head and my biggest stress reliever. I did this circuit last week and loved it! It targets your inner and outer thighs! Do 20 reps for each exercises and do the entire circuit 3 times through!
