I was out photographing birds, a routine walk on my weekends before the Lockdown! I saw this superb fairy wren couple jumping from branch to branch. I have captured them individually more than a dozen times but never together in a single frame! And this was the day.

I guess with experience in the wild you kind of develop a sixth sense to anticipate what is to follow. I knew I had a chance to take this shot, I visualized the best spot where I can get decent light and a clean background. I had my camouflage gear on and stood behind the tree to look as less human as possible.

I have loved AF-S NIKKOR 200-500mm f/5.6E ED VR for the VR capability of it. It's the best budget lens available and it beats others hands down any day." - @ravi_arora
