This is a knife and fork sammie fo sho. We butterflied 2 free range chicken brests. Liberally coated in @Flavorgod Seasonings Italian Zest seasoning. ⠀⁠
Seared up some bell peppers, onion, and fresh mushrooms with butter and @Flavorgod Seasonings Garlic Lovers. Fried the breasts cut side down in bacon fat. Flipped, added shredded colby jack and veggies on top, more cheese on top of veggies. Pop into oven to get all melty. Made a couple chaffles. Sliced em in 2 and assembled the sammies. More veggies and cheese on top of chaffle , back in the oven to melt, we drizzled @ghughessugarfree Sweet Chili sauce on em and done.... Happy Monday Brawnies !!!! ❤🎉👊"⁠
