Ingredients: ⁣⁠
@kiolbassasmokedmeats Beef Sausage ⁣⁠
Sweet potatoes 🍠 ⁣⁠
Red bell peppers ⁣⁠
Yellow onion 🧅 ⁣⁠

Eggs 🍳 ⁣⁠

Directions:⁣⁠
* Begin by setting up all of your ingredients. I always like to make sure I have everything chopped and ready to go. Peel your sweet potato & dice it into small pieces - the bigger the pieces, the longer it’ll take to cook & soften. Set aside. Cut up your peppers, onions, and sausages as well and set aside.⁣⁠
* Start by cooking your peppers and onions first with a little bit of olive oil on medium heat. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Once onions are translucent, you can add in your chopped up sausage. Cook until sausage is browned. Set aside once done. ⁣⁠
* In the same skillet, add a little bit of olive oil if needed, and throw in your chopped sweet potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, and Flavor God Everything Seasoning. Add cayenne pepper for some kick. Toss for a minute or two in the pan, making sure it’s coated on all sides and then cover to let cook & get soften. Toss occasionally. Cook until fork tender. ⁣⁠
* Once done, combine sweet potatoes with sausage & other veggies. Your hash is done! I added 2 sunny side up eggs to go along with it & it was perfecttt. ⁣⁠
