After a steep 30-minute hike from the town of Sapzurro, Colombia, you can easily cross the border and almost inadvertently find yourself in the sleepy town of La Miel. Both towns are well known for their sandy beaches and blue waters right in the middle of this dense jungle. #colombia #panama #jungle
