🍑Booty Burner circuit🔥 glutes, thighs, core
⭐️Super Stoked Band Work (medium resistance band)
•Squat w/glute medius press (think side butt) - 10-15 reps
•Air squats - continue to press out on the band 10 reps
•Squat (quarter or full squat) with glute medius focus tap outs - 10 each leg alternating
•Quarter squat step touch - wide steps traveling forward/back; don’t lose tension in the band - 45 -60 seconds
•Quarter squat tap backs (glute max focus)
15 reps alternating
then
⭐️CORE Flow transition - down-dog/ quadruped/sumo squat - 8 reps or 60 seconds
that last sumo squat provides a transition directly to
⭐️Sumo squat sequence
•15 pulses in sumo
•10 sumo squat jumps
•15 pulses with heels lifted, tailbone tucked (quad focus)
•15 reps with heels lifted, pressing knees back (feel glutes)
Butt kicks as a release 15-20 seconds
