Here is a cast ironed grilled NY steak topped with a buttery Ranch Shrimp Alfredo. For a side dish I made @lowcarbho’s amazing Brocoli Sh*t which you all need to start making!⁠

Ranch Alfredo .⁠

I garlic clove minced⁠
Shrimp cleaned and deveined⁠
1/4 cup white wine optional⁠
2 Tbls butter⁠
Redmond Salt⁠
Pepper⁠
1 tsp or more Ranch Seasoning by Flavor God⁠
1/2 cup or more cup heavy cream.⁠

In a nonstick pan melt the butter and sauté garlic and shrimp. As the shrimp starts to cook, pour in the wine and reduce to half. Season with salt and pepper, then add the cream. As the cream starts to thicken add the Ranch seasoning and adjust accordingly. Serve over the steak and enjoy! .⁠
