8 oz of real lump crab meat⁠
6 oz of softened cream cheese⁠
1/3 cup sour cream⁠
1/4 cup diced onion⁠
2 tsp @Flavorgod Seasonings Garlic Lovers seasoning⁠
1 tsp onion powder⁠
1 tsp lemon juice⁠
3 sheets of @cutdacarb⁠
Enough coconut oil to fill skillet to 1/4 in.⁠
Salt pepper to taste⁠
Heat your cast iron⁠
1) Combine crab, cream cheese, sour cream, spices and lemon juice in a bowl and mix.⁠
2) Cut each cutdacarb sheets in 3 pieces length wise.⁠
3) Put about a tbsp of filling at one end of the strip, and fold like an American flag with the seam on the bottom.⁠
4) Melt the coconut oil and fry each one seam down for about a min per side or til golden brown... set aside on paper towel lined plate. .⁠
