WARM-UP, WORKOUT, COOL DOWN
#BBGcommunity, it can be easy to skip a warm-up or cool-down session, especially on days when you're short on time, but they are both SO important. Warm-ups are for preventing injury and a cool down can help prevent muscle soreness. I make sure I schedule both into my training sessions - so I know I've given myself enough time to do them all.

This warm up, workout, and cool down includes an Express Leg workout from BBG Zero Equipment which takes less than 15 minutes.

You can complete all three sessions in under 20 minutes! You don't need ANY equipment - all you need is the space of a mat. Let’s get started. 🙌

1️⃣ WARM UP
✅ Thoracic Rotation - 12 (6 per side)
✅ Abs to Child's Pose - 10 (5 each)

2️⃣ WORKOUT
✅ Rocking Chair Push-Up - 10
✅ Lateral Shoot Through - 20 (10 per side)
✅ Single-Leg Glute Bridge - 20 (10 per side)
✅ Pop Squat & Twist - 16 (8 per side)
COMPLETE 3 LAPS!

✅ Pigeon (glutes) - 60 sec (30 per side)
✅ Camel Stretch - 30 sec
