We were favored to win and defend our wheelchair basketball gold from Beijing but lost in the semi-final due to a bad call from a referee (who later gave us a formal apology- YouTube “Paralympic mistake”). It was an EPIC FAIL. . . But the journey was much more enjoyable that time around with a leader @dk3_soulofthegame who helped unite us as a family and didn’t just run our lioness hearts into the ground.
