✅Good wide stance, have feet balanced properly on the floor.
✅Grasp close grip bar and bring weight up to your sternum.
✅Keep elbows tucked to sides.
✅Hold and squeeze for 1-2 seconds.
✅Repeat for 20, 15, 12, 10 reps.
