Like a lot of people, I’ve spent the vast majority of this year separated from my family and friends and I’ve found it incredible difficult- I’m a naturally tactile person too so not being able to hug them when I did eventually see them, or cuddle my new baby niece at all was especially hard. I know you guys can relate 💜 So last week I travelled up to Newcastle to throw my sister, my dad and my bestie a party they wouldn’t forget- I wanted to make up for all the lost time this year and I’m just so pleased with how it turned out!! Here’s a little sneak peek of some of the lovely day! I can’t thank the UNBELIEVABLE team at @pigletspantry for the amazing job they did on the catering!! I told these guys we were working with an English country garden theme and them just totally ran with it! Their creativity and attention to detail completely surpassed even my wildest expectations!! Have a flick through the pics- everything you see was designed by them and their wonderful team and it was all delicious- from the edible soil on the little vegetable garden they prepared for us, to their family sized sausage roll to their signature scones! Oh and one huge Thankyou to the super talented @anapaulaoliverpastry star of the @britishbakeoff Creme de la Creme and the brand new me ever of the @pigletspantry team for creating the most beautiful and delicious cakes I have ever seen... 😍😍😍 Honestly guys, what a day...
