The inspiration behind this creation bestowed was to remind me to keep making wishes because all my wishes can still come true. 😭 . Needless to say, it was the most priceless of all gifts, one that I shall treasure and cherish always. What touched me further was that unbeknownst to my child, I have been receiving serendipitous messages along the way that seem to harken a message to keep dreaming, regardless if they crystallize, because there is a magic that happens within the process of dreaming itself. And so I have finally commenced the Ajrak River Earth Journal, a work of art handmade by @lotusblubookart, at the turn of another year around the sun, and have purposed it to be a keeper of dreams, whether outlandish or doable, impossible and impractical, of olde or new, of shared or secret ones alike. There is a stirring and a wonder that stays kindled within the realm of dreams, a Neverending Story kind of magic, and so I’ll pen mine here and hopefully when the pages are filled and complete, the story will continue to kindle dreams, and wonder, and lore as time continues on. . Thank you from my heart to everyone who left a note or sent me a message of such kind cheer yesterday. It was a most wondrous day, of simple delights, mostly the richness of having one’s health and being with my most loved people, which is more than what I could ask or want for. But to have all of you send such warmth made it all the more.
