Was going to make salmon rice, then seafood soup, then mandu guk with frozen mandu, then decided to turn it into mushroom nabe, then changed my mind and decided to make some spicy hot pot but cook everything at the same time, as I was too lazy to set up the butane burner. The deciding factor in all of my in the moment waffling was whatever was least time consuming and pain in the ass. So started out ambitious then settled for one pot delicious and easy. #basketcase
