During my pregnancy I avoided ab exercises because even though I read some moves were safe I found it confusing with so many mixed messages online so I stayed clear (I mean you’re only preggo for 9months why risk it)

But postpartum my core felt like it had lost the most strength so I have been doing my best to rebuild and these are 3 of my faves!

You can do 1min of each 3x for a 10min ab and core workout 😍
