If you’d like to give it a try and prepare these delicious 😍 #MatchaCreations at home, here’s the recipe:

INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Almond Milk
1 Teaspoon Matcha
1 Spoon Coconut Sugar or Honey
2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds (soaked in a small bowl of water beforehand as this is better for the digestive system)

DIRECTIONS:
1. Soak the chia seeds in a small bowl of water and leave for approx 30 minutes.
2. Boil some water. Add 1 teaspoon of matcha into a bowl / cup and mix thoroughly using a wooden whisk or frother.
3. Pour almond milk into the kilner jar and ensure there are no almond bits floating around! Mix in matcha and froth.
4. Add in chia seeds and mix well.
5. Pour in the honey.
6. Leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour, ensuring you mix well beforehand.
7. Top with coconut shavings and dark chocolate / fruit of your choice.
