INGREDIENTS for ~18 cookies . 2 cups Cake flour or All-purpose flour (240g) 1 1/2 tbsp. Matcha (12g)  100g Dairy-free butter 1/2 cup Sugar of choice (65g) 3 tbsp Soy milk (42g) 1 tsp Vanilla extract 1/4 tsp Rose salt . 200g Dairy-free white chocolate 1 tbsp Matcha (8g)  . DIRECTIONS: . 1. In a large bowl cream together sugar and butter. Add in flour, matcha, milk, vanilla. salt and mix until well combined. Wrap cookie dough with cling wrap and refrigerate for 20 mins. 2. Preheat the oven to 170c. Divide the dough into 17 pieces. Roll dough into balls. Place on a cookie sheet and use the cookie stamp to press the dough. Bake for 12 minutes. Allow cookies to cool completely. 3.Combine melted chocolate, matcha and mix well. Dip cookies into the melted chocolate. Place in the fridge to set. .
