How to succeed a Nectar Impérial Rosé perfect pairing? The Nectar Impérial Rosé seeks out volume and density, hence a shrimp tempura is an ideal option.

You will need: 150g of flour, 25cl of cool sparkling water, ½ a packet of yeast and some shrimps.

1/ Mix in a bowl the flour, yeast and cool sparkling water.
2/ Soak your clean & dried shrimps in the tempura mix.
3/ Fry them at 180°C until they become golden.
4/ Let them cool down on a gril, & enjoy!
