Short on time today as the boys had a haircut early doors. Grabbed my dumbbells and did the above circuit.
15, 12, 9, 6, 9, 12, 15 (reps)
Dumbbell deadlift
dumbbell thrusters
Burpees
Shoulder taps
Perform 15 reps of each, then 12 reps of each,then 9 etc.. you get the point right? I started at 15kg DB’s and dropped to 10kg then 7.5kg throughout. It’s harder than it looks so don’t start too heavy!
It was quick and effective and set me up for the day! Don’t let being short on time stop you. Just shorten your workout 💪🏼❤️
