My modest mudroom. It’s the area between the back door/garage/kitchen. It’s tiny so we decided to put a more robust built-in down the basement stairs (which are also right there) and designate this area for purses, hats, masks (that 2020 life), eventually coats once it’s cold.

Sometimes in these older homes, you just gotta use the space you have—and maybe kick it up a notch with some beadboard ;)
