I Built my Fluffin with⁠
🔸Spinach⁠
🔸Egg patty *recipe below⁠
🔸Sunny side up egg⁠
🇮🇹FlavorGod Italian Zest⁠
🔸Mozzarella cheese⁠
🔸Guacamole⁠
🔸Bacon patty *video coming later⁠
🔸Red onion⁠
🔸English Muffin⁠

EGG PATTY (4)⁠

Ingredients:⁠
🍳6 to 7 - large eggs⁠
🍳1 1/2 tablespoon - milk⁠
🍳1 1/2 tablespoon - FlavorGod Italian Zest⁠
🍳1 teaspoon - FlavorGod Pink S+P⁠
🍳1/4 cup - mozzarella or Parmesan / or mix of both.⁠
Oil for pan as needed⁠

Directions:⁠
🍔Lightly oil 8x8 glass casserole dish⁠
🍔Preheat oven to 425* Fahrenheit.⁠
🍔In casserole dish add: egg, milk, seasonings.⁠
🍔Blend with fork until blended well and yokes are broken.⁠
🍔Place casserole dish in oven for 6 minutes. After 6 mix pull out dish and add cheese to top of egg mix.⁠
🍔Place back in oven for 6 more minutes.⁠
🍔Once done, take casserole dish out of oven and let sit for 5 minutes. So Eggs will firm up to be easier to cut.⁠
🍔With a round cookie cutter punch out 4 three inch circles.⁠
🍔Season Egg patties with FlavorGod Italian Zest.⁠
Enjoy on sandwich or by itself.⁠
