I wanted an even layer on the iron for this one. This makes plenty for meal prepping.⠀⁠ ⠀⁠ 2 pkgs @hillshirefarm kielbasa ⠀⁠ 1 ea red, yellow, and orange bell peppers⠀⁠ 1 pkg fresh pearl onions⠀⁠ 1 lb fresh green beans⠀⁠ 1 pkg of fresh white mushrooms sliced⠀⁠ @flavorgod Garlic Lovers seasoning ⠀⁠ Butter⠀⁠ ⠀⁠ Heat up that cast iron !!!!⠀⁠ ⠀⁠ 1) Clean the peppers and rough cut em. Clean the pearl onions. ⠀⁠ 2) Slice up the kielbasa into 1/4 " chunks. Add a spoonful of butter to yiur skillet and fry up the kielbasa. Set aside on a paper plate after you get a nice color on em.⠀⁠ 3) While you're cooking the kielbasa steam the green beans.⠀⁠ 4) Dump in the peppers, shrooms, and pearl onions. We dumped the excess fat from the kielbasa and added some butter ( liberally ). Liberally add Garlic Lovers and " stir fry" the veggies just til tender.⠀⁠ 4) When the green bean are done steaming, cover the top of the veggies you just fried with them, and kielbasa on top of beans. Sprinkle with some more Garlic Lovers and done... you can totally cut this in half for a smaller dinner...
